I have just upgraded to 4mb line but still have less than 2mg line speeds. to get thorough to support is as bad as trying to get through to a government department. to send mail can take 2-3 days before a response is received. There is only 1 line to reach them, and you cannot get through to a manager - ever. if there is no response within 2 days i will go to another isp, and take all our business lines as well. why can Axxess not deliver on what they offer. Axxess is no longer the cheapest and the cheapest usually has its problems, which i am now experiencing. now my phone bill is high just from trying to get through to their support - i think its time to switch ISP's, as Axxess cannot deliver.
