I took my iphone for repairs at canal walk repairs centre, the phone was loosing network since i moved to cape town, it has no network coverage it keeps on showing network search on the 24th Aug as that whole week no network at all, and bear in mind this phone is still new i got the upgrade in february, i booked the phone that saturday i told them that the phone keeps saying searching network, can they please assist me as i am no longer receiving calls, they told me they will take phone to repairs in Midrand, they will contact me, they gave me a loan phone that does not have internet access at all bear in mind i have a contract with them and it has data bundles. weeks went no one was giving me feed back, on the 20th sep got a call from someone from vodacom in canal walk saying my phone is back i can come and pick it up i asked her to tell me if my phone was fixed, she said they said they send me a qoute of 3k and i did not respond they have returned it back i asked her where did they sent me an email why did the qoute for, she said she is not sure i told her i didnot recieve email, and still now i dont have a phone i have lost my data this month and this is bad services
