The worst Customer Service eve

I am very disappointed in the service from the Canal Walk Vodacom Repairs. Never Have I been treated like I am the and they don't give a dam whether you are helped or not.

I recently sent my phone in for repairs, as when I wanted to use my phone I could not make any out going calls nor send SMSes. The phone did not want to pick up a mobile network, but I was still able to connect via my wireless. My phone was in working condition when I sent it in for repairs. When I was told the phone is back at the shop I phoned to ask whether my phone is ready for pickup and I was told that it is now written off as a BER. Due to moisture they found. Ok great, I live in Cape Town, I do not go swimming with my phone. My fiance went to pick the phone up. Noticed the phone was in worse condition then when I gave it in. Force entry marks where my sim and SD card goes in.

The phone was then sent back again, just to phone yesterday, and find out that Vodacom will not take responsibility, it is all my fault and I can get my broken phone. Why does Vodacom not help me. Why don't you even try and give me a new phone, I am willing to pay. All I get is not our problem, buy a new phone. REALLY!!!
