I took out a Telkom Mobile (Wi-Fi) Internet contract.
In the few months that I have been charged & paying for my contract, I have been unable to use the Internet at my house!
When taking out the contract, informed Telkom Mobile that we will be moving - "No problem, when you move we will come and install Boosters for you, 7-10 days at the most"
After NUMEROUS calls (which also ran up a Bill), as well as, e-mails, we are now 2 months down the line and NOTHING has been done!!!
Appreciate what Martin & Gift have done, other than that, useless!!!
