Third time repair to phone

I purchased the new blackberry bold 9790 in june 2013.

The phone in question went in for repairs on 26 aug 2013.
It was only 2months old - with a faulty battery. The phone was there for just over 3 weeks as damage was done to the phone and chantal johnson sorted the damaged phone out.

The phone once again went in for repairs for the same problem and over heating on the 11 nov 2013. Phone was collected on 26nov. 12 working days later.

When I got back to work on 26 nov, I inserted my sim card into the phone, and immediately the phone did a network search. It did a continuous network search for a solid 25mins without stopping. I did a hard reboot. But it stil continued to do a network search. I eventually removed the sim and switched it off.

Once I got home, I charged the bb again, without a sim in it... And I was able to clear the phone log (Alt LGLG).
By clearing the log and then re-inserting the sim, the work seems to be working.

Now my question is... Should I return this bb for further inspection? Because I dont want to have the same log problem in a few weeks time.
My 5 month old blackberry has been in for repairs twice. and now on 3dec - battery once again not lasting
