Hello, last week I phoned the 1555 no and asked for assistance with my slow internet line. Every month on the 12 I receive my new data bundle and then my speed is suppose to be not less than 256KB/sec. This is not happening at all. I seldom get more than 10KB/sec. They always have a lot of excuses and when I want to speak to a manager they are always in meetings or not available. One of the personnel, I believe it was a Sidwell, was so incompetent that he could not even help me with the difference between megabytes and gigabytes, he needed to use a calculator and not even then could he help me. This is unacceptable support. Every month I need to phone for the line slowness and every month nothing happens. I also phoned the network department and they said they will send someone to check my router and antenna, I am still waiting. MTN service is non exciting and I have lost all faith in them as a company. Since I received my MTN internet I had nothing but a uphill struggle and it seems no one care as long as they receive there money. I am also having constant trouble with my MTN mail as it keeps on logging out and battle to sign in. I logged it - no response.
