I recently took a contract with cell Samsung S4 (bad mistake), all was good an well for the first few days... ive been having serious network problems ever since (ive had the phone for 8 days now... i don't know whether it's the phone of just the network problem (i have full network coverage) bt still can't connect to the internet. took it to the customer service centre and the consultant tells me to go get a VODACOM sim and I won't have any more network problems..like reaaaalllly!!!??... what do I do will all that DATA and AIRTIME... so basically I'm paying R399 for just the phone!?...well in that case this is the worse package ever???
they refused to take the phone back because I didn't have all the accessories that came with the phone, not even after pleading with them that I can only get the packaging and the rest of the stuff that came with the phone on Monday.
So I'm stuck with this phone... I can only take it for repairs now, Brand new phone???
What was I Thinking taking this contract with CELL C!?
