On the 16 February 2013, I had booked my BB 900 into vodacom repairs at Canal Walk. I received a call on the 21 February 2013 asking me to collect the phone. I collected the phone on the 23 February 2013. Problem is that the 'replaced' phone is more broken that the phone I had initially sent in for repairs. The 'replaced' phone even had the old software. I dont understand how Vodacom can replace the faulty phone with another faulty phone that was meant to be new... This is after i was next in line at vodaom repairs for 20 minutes before I was assisted.
Always disappointed with the service recieved from Vodacom!
