VODACOM ME OFF

I took my CONTRACT phone in for repairs on the 29th of May 2013. Phone is giving me problems-it switches on and off every 2 minutes, I lost all my data saved on it, also the icons for whatsaap etc.dissappeared. After numerous calls to call centre, I received advise from the call centre consultants to book my phone in for repairs.
Upon booking my phone, Vodacom couldn't give me a loan phone and I got very upset because I'm highly pregnant to stay without a phone (anything could happen). Now what annoys me the most is that no phoned me and gave me any feed back until yestersday when I decided to go check progress, only to be to told that, "they couldn't detect what's wrong with my phone and unfortunately they can't fix it".

IF VODACOM CANNOT ASSIST WHO WILL? Mind you, this is a CONTRACT PHONE.
