Took my phone to Hi Canal walk on Nov 15, 2013 due to liquid damage. Needless to say, until today I have no phone. It started off with some Luke dude trying to give me back my dud of a phone saying "the phone has been fixed, but the battery was really drained" to them saying "it turns out your phone is really dead". Getting the insurance claim sorted hasn't been as painful, but that's after the shop forgot to send my phone for assessment twice... Anyway, with the claim authorised, getting the phone I'm entitled to isn't possible anymore, so I'm settling for the phone I like. That on its own isn't without a load of bungling from these chaps. Worst of all was when Wesley says to me "take this phone from network X and you can insert your network Y sim card, all will still be fine" Last I checked, I'll lose the network warranty should anything else go wrong with the phone. I swear, after this I'm done with TFG. Guys just get me my phone so we can all go on with our lives
