I am due to upgrade and order a Nokia Lumia 820 in Red from MTN Corporate. They have only white in stock and try to convince me to take white. As the upgrade is to be done by Corporate in Gauteng they refer me to the local MTN shop where I could get a Black phone. I was send back as they could not proceed with the upgrade. Back with Corporate they again arrange it. MTN local refer it to there regional office and with no reply. I cancelled my upgrade this morning. Why cant MTN not deliver a phone of my choice and colour.
