12 March 2013 - visited MTN Norwood. I wanted to upgrade to a Nokia Lumia 920 (black). No stock. I was told that it would be there on 14/3. Phoned - no phone but was told that it would be there the following week. Well it is the 5th of April and I still do not have a phone. I was contacted once to be informed that they had a white phone which I did not want. I have always been with MTN but find this unacceptable. Surely a phone could have been obtained from another store. I also had no luck with MTN Direct. What is the use of advertising this deal if you can't get the phone you want?
