I'm on a corporate account and wanted to upgrade my account today. I'm set on the iPhone 16GB as I won't need that much storage. I called your corporate number and spoke to Monica (ref mdm4413861). Firstly, she couldn't verify my account as being a corporate account because the 'lady' who does that has gone home..??? Secondly, when I asked about the iPhone 5 16GB I was told you were out of stock. When I asked when you would possibly get stock I was told 'not sure'. I've been waiting for months to upgrade, and kept waiting for you to compete with the CellC and 8Ta (Telkom Mobile) offers, and now that I've actually decided to stick with you and go for the upgrade, this happens.
I also wanted to upgrade the 2nd line on my contract.
