I did an online upgrade with my vodacom contract about 4 weeks ago. they didnt had the handset in stock by then. i did call them to cancel the upgrade as i went to my local vodacom shop to assist me as they have the handset that want.now i have been struggeling to get my upgrade reversed!!! i am being transfered from the one consultant to the other.i am without a propper phone and need to do my upgrade!!! i want this to be solved asap!!! the sales agents at my local vodacom shop is supperb and very helpfull!! but the callcentres are poor with their service!!! i want this sorted out!!! they said the reversal could take 7 working days but they were quick enough to do my upgrade???
