My Corporate Contract was due for renewal in March this year, I contacted Corporate for the upgrade, but two days later I forwarded an email for it to be cancelled, last week I contacted MTN Corporate and to my horror I was told that the upgrade was done, I immediately notified Corporate and spoke to 'Tshegofatso Dube' who dealt with the cancellation, she notified me that the reversal would be done, however I am still awaiting this and have sent request for feedback and yet no response please advise what to do, I am paying for a handset i do not have
