My Mweb Fibre line went down on Sunday Afternoon- no reason provided- checked my billing and had paid in full. Attempted to call the mweb call centre on Monday and held for around 40 minutes only moving from no 17 to 14 in the que in that time frame- over R300.00 airtime was consumed and haid i waited it would have probably been over a R1000 lost. subsequently i have logged complaints through [email protected] and nothing- I have tried the mweb chat and was briefly assisted by an agent who refused to log a complaint on my behalf - nor found resolution to my query- subsequently i have been waiting on the chat line for hours and no agents are assisgned to the chats as soon as possible is an absolute lie- your sevice is the most dismal i have exprienced for a product i am paying for
