I called in to upgrade both my lines and told the gentleman that I want 1 white and 1 black phone, he then said he will check and then came back and said its fine we can proceed with upgrade.

When we got to the second upgrade he then told me that he had no stock of the black phone and that I would have to wait for it or I would have to take the LTE version.
I told him that I would take the LTE Version but that I want both on the LTE as they should be identical.

He then told me sorry it will then take 3-5 days as they will first cancel the 1 upgrade before I can order it like that.

This is totally pathetic as I asked this guy before we started if he had 1 black and 1 white S4 Mini and he said yes.

I will be sure to post this on all social media sites and media sites so that the public can see what kind of useless service Vodacom Offers their existing clients
