UPGRADE PROBLEM

In a nutshell I am totally disgusted with service from Vodacom.
My upgrade turned out to be most disappointing.
Never again will I do an upgrade through them directly.
Thought I would save the R 150 fee the Vodacom shops charge.
Now I see it is well worth spending the R 150 than try and save via Vodacom

Before I faxed the upgrade documents I asked them if they got stock of the phone I wanted. Answer was yes.
I then faxed all the documents to 0860082301 on Monday 12/08/13 at 09:55.
Heard nothing from Vodacom the rest of the day.
On Tuesday morning I phoned the 0821940 number which is Vodacom Corporate as I have a business account.
I was told that they did not receive the fax. Yet on my side the report showed OK it went through.
I was then asked to email all the paperwork.
During the course of the day sms's came through informing that the upgrade had taken place but my order was on backorder. My order was for a Nokia Lumia 520 cyan. I phoned them and they said cyan is out of stock but red color is coming in Thurs. I said red is fine.

I phoned today (Friday 16/08) and suddenly Thembeliza tells me the backorder is for Samsung Mini S3.
She said my form shows Nokia Lumia 520.

I am lost.
