Yesterday i went to upgrade from blackberry to samsung s4 mini. Within 24 hours return faulty phone - "out of box failure". I've asked to give me another phone, instead i need to use my old phone, all services were cancelled. I can't use internet - email/facebook & bbm everything deactivated. "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application" -i've upgraded to a smart m plan, plus got a data bundle but have no service? Vodacom service and support bad. Vodacom should have at least given me my old services back while checking the "out of box failure" samsung phone for the inconvenience - they just couldn't care less - said i need to pay if i want anything activated/changed? Would i have upgraded at all if i knew this was going to happen - NO!!!
