I have been trying to get my phone upgraded for 3 days. Due to the stupidity and utter incompetence of Vodacom Umhlanga, I am still waiting. The level of service is appalling. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. I strongly advise anyone staying in the Umhlanga area to try another branch.
