Pathetic speed on 3G connection

I have the cell c 5GB 3G package for about 1 and a half years now...

I never really had any issues with the connection...>>
over the past few months, the connection has completely died...>>
my cell phone internet is faster...
I am unable to even open up google or even a local site...>>

Its is absolutely pathetic...>>I work in this industry and it is shocking at the type of speed I am getting
on cell c's 3 G connection...>>

its is pointless tying to get in contact with the call centre as they are non existent...>>
My speeds are below 50kbps...>>

can I get some answers on this matter ASAP
