I have used this provider for 12 years and spent 107000 rand. I have to travel over seas for personal reasons, so I asked to be changed to pay as you go, No problem was the reply from a very helpful lady in your Village walk centre. How ever now comes the problem I have no contract with them for the last 7 years they supply me with no phone .i pay by standing order every month. I was I'm formed that my service that I'm paying untill the end of the month will be cut off on - 27th of January WHY you charge me a full month I'm changing to pay as you go from the 1st Febuary. Why for a few days are you cheating me out of service which I pay for. I will return to SA latter in the year and will have to thing who my new provider will be
When I ring you to buy a new service you answer the phone in 2rings but your costomer service 30 minutes of lostinging to your add telling me about you are the best. Why do you waste time prove it not talk
