NO FEEDBACK FROM PROTON UMHLANGA

18-06-2013 my Proton Gen 2 1.6; reg TTZ451GP was towed into Umhlanga Multifranchise for repairs. In three weeks i have not received a damage report or final cost, all i have received is excusses why they have not issued a final report. Now i want to retreive my vehicle i get hit with a bill of R3 973.90 but no explanation to how this amount was calculated. This is by far the worst treatment i have ever experenced in my 49 years and i will certainly advise people not to use Umhlanga Multifranchise.
