Failure to Follow through with simple instructions

After moving my acc from a Savings to Cheque Acc, I requested for my debit orders to also be changed from the old acc to the new one. Std Bank at Mall at Carnival failed to do this, twice! I am now sitting with my Vodacom acc in arrears due to this kind of stupidity and incompetence! Be rest assured, I will be taking this further! The level of incompetence at this branch is beyond anything! After enquiring this with Vodacom, I came to realize that my debit order bounced as it was still running off my old acc, not to mention that I have been penalized as a result of this. Std Bank at Mall at Carnival is the worst branch that I have ever been to. After this saga, I will never set foot there again, and I will surely spread the word about this!
