Bad service

Hi, my girlfriend has a I 20. This vehicle has been to the umhlanga branch where it had a service and some complaints where listed to be attended to. The vehicle has still not been fixed and it is going to hit the 60000km service soon. We where told that parts are being ordered for the car and its gone almost a year and we still waiting for the dealer to inform us and book the car in. This is plain incompetence on the complete service department. I worked in the service department for Mercedes Benz and BMW and I don't understand why simple complaints cannot be resolved. This vehicle is so simple to fix and has no technology but the dealer makes it seem like, it is so complex. All I can say it, that is incompetence and they should go for some training on haw to fix a vehicle the first time.
