Sony Xperia Repair/replacement of screen

Sony Xperia S approx 9 months old taken to Vodacom Umhlanga for repairs about 10 days ago. They said a new screen was required. We have been told the phone is ready 3 times, have collected it 3 times only to find that the new screen 'sticks out' and is loose. The second time we got the phone back they tried to 'stick' the screen in place with two-sided tape (inside). We have been told in no uncertain terms that the phone won't be replaced, it will be fixed! (by the manager at Umhlanga Vodacom) - this happened today when we refused to accept the phone because despite being told that its fixed, it wasnt. In other words, its gone for 'repairs' for the 4th time today in 2 weeks.
