There were so many lines at MTN Gateway and Pavillion when I went to get my new phone a few weeks ago, and the Gateway branch directed me to the new branch on Umhlanga Rocks Drive, next to the Harley Davidson store and it was amazing! What a pleasure! Their numbering system instead of queues works so efficiently and there are so many tellers, everything goes so quickly. The lady I dealt with was also so helpful and pleasant, and remembered my name a few days later. Excellent job, definitely sticking with MTN for life. Was previously a customer of Vodacom, but I would never go back now.
