I got a contract for a blackberry 9320 in march 2013, the phn became problematic and we took it to the repair centre in Umhlanga where the phn was sent away which was in august. The phn was returned to us and was supposedly repaired. The problems continued and we again took the phone back to the repair centre and we were told tht they would have to send it to Jhb again for assesment. The phone was returned to the Umhlanga branch and we went to collect the phone. When we got there they had advised us that they aere sorry but they sent the phone back to Jhb because it was still faulty for the 3rd time. I feel like we have been tossed from pillar to post with no communication from the Jhb repair centre or Vodacom Umhlanga.
