Sony Warranty does not cover anything???

Hi Guys
I seriously need your help. I have or had a Xperia V phone for about two months. After those two months I had a problem with it not charging. I took it in for repairs as it is still under warranty just to receive the phone back with little or no repairs done. It only charged on the PC and no where else... which does make me think that something might have been done. I went back the following week to get the problem sorted. They once again took the phone in and after two weeks I got the phone back but, this time I was told that the phone was physically damaged and the warranty is void. I was informed (look at picture) that the inside of the charging socket had a connector pin missing and that this was my fault so therefore the warranty is void and I have to purchase a new handset. Surely that cant be and surely you as a company wont treat your customers so outright unfair? How could I now have damaged the inside of the phone unless I took a sharp object and scratched around. I am not a child and this is surely an action that would be expected of a child. The phone was faulty from the start was my thoughts. I am now without a phone which I am paying f
