Shocking Service from a leading Brand Sony

After not even owning my Xperia T for even a month the speakers went and then the phone went dead on me.
I then contacted Sony to find out how i should go about repairing my phone as it is still under warranty.
Then th Pointed me in the direction of MTN HRVC in Midrand (whom by the way are another complaint in themselves) MTN then sent my phone to there Repair agent who then replace my handset for me.
After receiving my new hand set it broke within not even 8hrs, the screen just went blank and would not charge or do anything ..Sony solution to the problem is to return it under warranty and they will give me another phone..
I have informed Sony that i have already be inconvenienced twice through the Xperia T and refuse to use that particular phone again, but am willing to look at another model.
They have not even replied to my emails and messages on facebook and seem to have dropped the subject! I would just like to say that Sony mobile is a waste of time and you are better of on HTC, Samsung or Apple ..at least those brands can tell you why your phone broke in the first place unlike Sony who will swop it out for another phone that will just break in a 8hrs - 1 month anyways ..
