Worst service ever from vodacom

Good day
I booked my sony xperia in 2 weeks ago. yesterday they tell me that my handset has been taken out of warranty because of physical damage to the charging unit. when this unit was booked in the charging unit was working 100% and the only problem I had with the unit was the freezing and network issues. the phone was checked and a report stated that no damage was on the phone at the vodashop blue route mall.
I as the client feel very unhappy that all of the sudden my charging unit is broken (something that was working fine) when I booked it in it was working 100%. my warranty all of a sudden is also voided with no communication from you guys. the phone is almost still brand new how can a charging unit only last 3 months and then be broken??
the phone is supposed to be under warranty and all of the sudden you guys want to charge me - R1500 for a handset that I had no physical damage whatsoever. I have to pay the remainder of the contract for this phone with no warranty because somewhere down the line someone broke the charging unit on your site!!
I don't want a fixed phone with no warranty I want a phone that's working 100% with the full warranty.
