VERY BAD SERVICE

19/04/2013 contract with MTN Randfontein. I required contractors phone advised us SonyExperiaGo. 19/07/2013 cell phone fo warranty claim as MTN said it has 6mths OBF warrantee. The brand new phone was working but utterly slow. Returned phone with all in-box accessories to Raymond Khoza at Randfontein, wher he removed the sim to me and sent the phone for repairs. Several calls no feedback, spoke to Nmfondo and Brain who havent phoned back. On 19/08 collected the phone at MTN. My husband received the phone and just as he had left the shop he discovered that the simcard holder was broken and immediately took the phone back to the shop (within 2 min) MTN Randfontein didn't check the phone after it had returned from the apparant"repair"MTN worker and I saw that the inside of the phone was excessivley damaged on the inside to. The phone seemed to have been forced open by an inappropriate tool causing damage. MTNclaiming that the warranty is void. Dodo (TechnicalCentre) very arrogant and didn't want to listen, saying that will be sending the phone back without any repairs. Warrenty void. To date no feedbach again. Need phone for contractor's job, paying and have nothing.
