1st of may 2013 i upgraded with a new sony experia and two weeks ago started having a problem with the phone not charging and i therefor took it to Vodashop in JAbulani mall for repairs as i thought it was still under warranty. Last Thursday received an sms telling that the phone is uneconomical to repair.
Today i personally called vodacom and i was told that there is nothing they can do or help because i physically abused the phone of which i totally disagree with them.
Have been with vodacom for over 10 years now on contract with them. I am a very disappointed customer, and to think of that i must still pay for next coming 23 months without a phone.
Im not a child that will physically damage my own phone, what if the same phone was not 100% perfect? really i need help, either they repair or replace that phone
