My New Xperia Go is gone

My 2 month old Sony Xperia Go ST27i went into Mtn Repair Centre for not charging. It came back with a report marked (BER) Beyond Economical repair due to the charging pin bent (from the weight of the cable). It was then sent back MTN Repair Centre for forawding to Sony repair centre in JHB.It was sent back as BER.I asked MTN to send it back for a quote.1 month later it came back as BER Liquid Damage-WARRANTY VOIDED.
This is a phone that is advertised to handle dust, fall into a pool and work under water. What they don't tell you is don't charge it if the phone and the cable are not flat on a desk so that the cable doesn't hang. The charging pin is different shape to the socket where the charging pin connects to the phone. Did the designer of the phone not play that game as a kid, pushing the right shapes in the right shaped wholes?
This has been the worst XPERIAnce ever.
So much for SONY 's great back up service.
Now I know why they say " SONY Make.believe"
Mabey they should come back to the real world and look after their customers and give proper back up service.
Please can SONY make me believe.
