POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Being a preschool with learners aged three and a half to 6years, a telephone service is of utmost importance. On Monday, 9 September 2013 we discovered a break in our service. We contacted Telkom who advised that a technician will be despatched between 8 am and 3pm, to no avail. We then followed later that day and it was established that no technician had been assigned to the job for Monday. A technician was at the school on Tuesday and diagnosed a cable fault. When attending to this he announced it was in fact not a cable fault, but a problem at the Telkom substation in Thornton Road, Athlone.

To date this has not been tended to leaving the school with no telephone service.

Telkom seems to be synonomous to poor service delivery.
