I have been trying to upgrade for about 2 weeks. On 11/09/2013 I spent alomost 2 hours with the call centre 08217844 for an upgrade. Then after an uphill battle I managed to convince the supervisor why I should not pay the R150.00 admin costs which was officially implemented from 11/09/2013. I then proceeded to identify the deal that is and is still advertised on the web. Only be told that the website is incorrect because the deal is no more available. The agent himself confirmed that the deal I wanted is still on the website and does not indicate when the deal closes. Then the supervisor mr. marvin duvall explains that the samsung s3 and s4 has been discontinued, imagine that - Samsung which just entered the market is now discontiunued whilst vodacom is advertising it big time. He promised to contact me before 10h00 on 12 Sept. 2013, I am still waiting, it is now 09h44. What a circus to do an upgrade.
