DISCUSTING SERVICE- VODACOM UPGRADE

I received a call on Monday 11 March at 13;52 from Vodacom Direct call centre Upgrade Department. The consultant, Nashlene (not sure of spelling), gave me different options I had for my upgrade.
One of the options was a Blackberry Bold 9790 as well as a Blackberry Curve 9320, @ R 399 pm.

I asked her to contact me back the following day. I was unable to confirm on Tuesday 12 March 2013, however I did ask a few questions regarding the same deal, which she answered.

On Wednesday, 13 March, Nashlene called me at 12:16. I CONFIRMED that I would like to upgrade to the 2-phone option and gave all my details. We almost completed the application process and the consultant was reading me the terms and conditions. During the call- we were "cut off" becuase of Vodacom's system issues.

I received a call on14 March, to inform me the deal has "EXPIRED" and its not available. I have spoken to another consultant Ronel who informed me there is "nothing they can do in this case".
Even though I did confirm the upgrade whilst it was still active, according to Nashlene.

This is completely unacceptable and I will no longer deal with Vodacom if this is the service that I receive!
