Awful experience and I tried to join Vodacom

I saw the Samsung Ativ S phone on your website advertised as follows:
"Samsung Ativ S Windows Smartphone Silver"
"Free next-day delivery"
"Only R199 PMX24"
"On Smart S (Price plan details)"

So I called into signup on this deal with VC for the first time. Biggest mistake!
Called in, got through to Nonhlanhla and from the beginning of the call, didn't sound like she wanted to assist me and more often resorted to one word answers and when I told her about the deal, refused to accept it and insisted that I was wrong and the subscription was R389pm.

I did compare the way this deal is advertised to the way other deals are advertised on your website and I am certain that my understanding is correct.

I have recorded the call and captured screen shots of your advertised deal.

I would like the deal as advertised at R199pm x24 and not the inflated price as per your sales person.
In turn, I will port my number over to VC.
