My upgrade was due in Dec 2012. I waited as I wanted the best deal on the Blackberry Z10. I called the upgrades dept on the 6 March 2013 to discuss the deals they had. I called again on the 11 March to inquire if there were any new deals. The agent advised no so I went ahead and activated the deal. A few days later new deals were out. I called the call centre as my migration was effective 1 April only to change the deal so that I could get the 500m data as well. The agent I spoke to said this cannot be done as the phone is linked to the deal. The service I received was utter disgusting as I have been a client with vodacom since 2004. The new deal that I wanted would have just added the free data and would have given vodacom more money as my contract amount would have changed. I am still waiting for the accessories still to be delivered as that was part of the deal. Vodacom delivers pathetic service.
