Vodacom
False Advertising!

Went to Vodacom 25/01/2013 to find out when I can upgrade, I was told to return on the 02/02/2013. I went back on 04/02/2013 and applied for my upgrade, but was told that the centre that need to approve the upgrade was closed - Why do they close before the store does? This is very bad service! Whilst there on the 04/02/2013, I also confirmed that the R150 admin fee can be deducted with my next debit order date, which was confirmed. So I left... Only to return the 05/02/2013 (today), everything went smoothly, until I requested for the R150 to go off with my next debit order date, and was then told that it can only be done by Vodacom Direct!!! Whilst the website CLEARLY states the following: "There are a range of cellphones available for FREE on every price plan. You will need to pay a R150 upgrade administration fee which will be charged to your Vodacom account, when you upgrade in-store or via the call centre on 082 1959."
Why if it is charged to your Vodacom account should you pay R150 instore??? This is false advertising...
So not only was I to, messed around, and inconvienienced, but also forced to turn to Hello Peter!!!
