In April 2009 I recieved a 3g device and a talk 500 for for business purposes, that phone was used during the 2009/2010 and part of 2011 year.
In 2011 a change from work and this contracts was cancelled with vodacom either in July/August/September 2011.
In 2012 about March/April I looked at my bank statement and saw that vodacom is deducting 2 amounts from my account, I phoned vodacom and ask what these 2 amounts are since I am only aware of 1 (my current vodacom account),
I gave the agent my ID number and firsly she told me there is only one account, so I read the reference number from my bankstatement and was then told it is the account that I already cancelled the previous year, thus I have been a few thousand rand for a 3g device and cellphone which I haven't been using for more than 6 months already, I was rather upset at this point and told her she must cancel these immediately. I also cancelled the debit order at my bank.
Now vodacom want to get the money from me which they say is outstanding I don't think I should suffer because of there lack of service in the first place.
