My name was sent to ITC by Vodacom

My account was paid and and received a statement showning balance R0 .Then i received a letter about 1 month later i still owe vodacom R10 000.I phoned customer care and spoke to Petronella from Vodacom which said i might have skipped a payment that is why they loaded me on ITC .I asked for a breakdown of my contract and was told it was outstanding balance of contract. I never recieved the contract what ie wired the closed the account at trans unoin in 2011 and defaulted in on ITC in 2012 .
What confuses me is a contract is only valid for 24 months mine should have ended in 2011 and i need urgent support on the issue.
I cant get a copy of my contract from Vodacom as well i just want my name off itc.

But no luck with VODACOM please HELP...
