Migration from Voice to Data without my consent

I went to Southgate MTN for an upgrade of my 078 number and i wanted to upgrade to a laptop. So a migration was requested for the 078 number from voice to data. After a week i went back to Southgate MTN to check the progress i was told that it takes two weeks for that kind of a migration, but because every month on the 21st MTN loads airtime to that number i had to cancel the migration because two weeks was going to be after the 21st. And i was told that when migration happens you shouldn't have airtime on that number.
So now on the 24 Jan 2013 at around 13:00 my 073 number was now not working, i got an SMS to tell me that i should RICA my Simcard. I called MTN told them about the issue, the consultant told me she will RICA it in 15minutes and that did happen but after that i see my 073 number has been migrated to data by Eunice Ntulwini. Where did she get the consent to do that??? I just came back now from Southgate MTN and Im being told that a USD has been sent to migrate back to voice but i have to wait 8 days.

What kind of service is this??? Am i going to get back my airtime that was loaded on the 21st Jan 2013??
