Vodacom continues to deduct money from my account

I had a contract with vodacom which was terminated 2 years after it was taken out. I have cancelled the agreement in writing by way of e-mail on 8 July 2011. On 14 July 2011 Vodacom acknowledged that the contract will be terminated. I never RICA'd the number and have not used the phone since July 2011.

I year later, I discovered that vodacom continues to deduct money from my account, another email was sent to them.

I have now discovered that Vodacom still continue to deduct money from my account every now and again without me having a contract with them, latest on 15 February 2013!!!

I have now been on the phone with Vodacom for two hours and NOBODY can assist me!!!

What a company!!!
