On the 31 May Vodacom debited my Current Account with an amount of R 1092.80. I HAVE NO account with Vodacom, this forced my account into overdraft and the bank charged me R90 for an unpaid item fee. The amount of R 1092.80 was credited back to my account on the 1 June. On the 30 April I was debited an amount of R 39.80. How can Vodacom charge me when I did not sign a debit order, nor do I have a Vodacom account. When I looked at your customer care numbers they are all 082 numbers meaning I would have to spend my money to sort out your mistake. This is not good enough. The number on my bank statement is 0177304278 VODACOM SP and 0179160659 VODACOM SP. Please advise or I will take this story to the CPA. Thanks
