Contract cancelled but still want to charge

A year ago I asked for settlement amounts for my 3 vodacom contracts I had as I wanted to pay them up, I was given amounts and I paid these amounts, Early this year an amount of R200 plus was debit from my bank account by vodacom, when I queries they said they had given me wrong amount a year ago and that's what is left, they assured me this would be the last. A day ago I receive an e mail from vodacom stating an amount of R912 will be deducted from my account the end of march, for what I don't know, the statement says cancellations which is strange seen as its cancelled a year ago. I have contacted customer care, cancellation's and there legal department, all of whom don't seem to know what's going on. I am extremely angry, I cannot believe I paid them a year earlier for there contracts and this is what they are doing to me, they must chase people who owe them money, not me. I will not sit back and accept them taking R912 from my account, that is.
