Ad treatment by vodacom for black listing me

I took a contract with vodacom and along the way I took another second contract wich had a cellphone package and I cancelled that one as I was given the wrong info and vodacom did take their phone back and I was told to pay R90 so that the contract can be cancelled and I can have my number back but vodacom took my money and blocked my number and when I called or went to their shops I was given all stories and everyone passing the buck and this happened in 2011 and only now do I find out that my name has bin black listed and I had to find out on my own when I tried to open an account elsewhwere and I did try to get the vodacom lawyers number and they did confirm that I owe vodacom and since I gave them my details and contacted them, they are now harrasing me asking when will I make payment and yet they forget that I'm the one who made contact in the first place. I never received any letter or phone call that says I owe vodacom and if this is how they treat their clients then they must forget about me or anyone in my family using their network and its sad cause I've bin with vodacom for the past 10 years and even today I'm still using their network but its now coming to end
