Cant tell me when i`ll have my phone back

This morning I took my phone to 8ta in Middelburg Mall. The phone needed a software update, when I asked about when my phone will be returned the lady dit not had a answer for me. When I signed the paper for the phone being send away it stated that "Blackberry devices have a 1yr waranty, any unit booked in for repairs wil be swaped with a refurbished device of the same model. " when I read that part of the terms and conditions the lady said that se dont know about that. I bought the phone 3 months ago, firstly I had to take the phone back because the battery only lasted a hour, they swaped the phone for the one thats currently send in for a software upgrade after 3 months. I would'nt recomend anyone to take out a 8ta contract. as the service is poor and the billing is nothing like its stated on the pamphlet.
