Good day

i have logged a claim last year March (recovery payment), every time i follow-up i am being told they busy with the claim. I gave all the info of the other party which i received. But later in the year, if i call they don't receive my call. The reception gives me a msg or i don't get through. After that i get an automated email. They the once that tell me to follow up then this is the service i get. At this stage i don't know if my claim is being attended to and it's very frustrating, that i have to struggle to get my money for something that i did not do and this is the service i am getting from an entity that i am paying every month.
