Well i bought myself a Z10 October 2013 online and in Dec my phone needed a software update and i took it to one of the Vodacres shops in Green Point Cape Town, they told will me will take 7-10 days ok, 10 days lasted and no one got back to me, i called told me my phone does have liquid damages so that will have to be fixed as well cause they do PART REPAIRS and they will have to update software and fix that, will cost me R6893.49 which is not even how much my phone cost, and i will get a like new phone, i don't understand my phone is working perfectly only thing it required is a software update, so why can't i just get that SOFTWARE update nothing less nothing more. still no one has came back to me till today and i feel powerless don't know what to do all i want is my phone back with software updated and that is it.
